Shivering Timbers

Jono and I did another 15km run this morning in preparation for the run for the kids in two weeks. We did well, knocking off four minutes from our run last week, but it did leave me stiff sore and in a bit of pain. However that left over the day and in the evening we went to dinner and then out to see the Shivering Timbers playing at the Union Hotel.

They were great and played a pretty tight set with some new songs that really showed their sound.
