Wrought iron work

Today I had a much needed day out.
I met up with a friend in Hungerford.
We had lunch, a browse round the antique shops and a stroll along the Kennet and Avon canal.

Next to the canal there is this intriguing house with a wrought iron path from the top of the canal bridge to the upper storey front door.

Below the bridge you can see the clock tower that dominates the town centre.
