Cheesecake .......

Day two with our aunt, AJ. Having such a lovely visit to mum yesterday AJ was happy not to visit again today, especially as our brother was visiting mum and it might be too many visitors for her.

AJ is severely sight impaired but lives independently as she is able to. My sister and I help out where we can. One of the areas she struggles with is buying birthday/anniversary/occasion cards, so today we took our regular trip to "the card factory". All cards purchased up until June now. After a quick Burger King, onto Reading to drop her at the station for her return trip. Safely on the train, dropped my sister back home, then after picking up him indoors onto pa-in-laws. Short shopping trip to purchase new phone and vacuum cleaner with him, then back for a cup of tea before going home.

Whilst cooking tea, decided to make this chocolate marbled cheesecake - looks good, tasting is tomorrow!
