I wonder .....

First I wondered if I could catch a shot of the lighted train snaking through the countryside below me. Nope - I was way too slow. Shame - it reminded me of tinsel.

By then I'd turned off the main road so's not to cause a blip-related accident. Then I wondered what this little camera would make of the trees silhouetted against the orange glow of Glasgow forty miles away. Not a lot - it's shutter stays open for an awfully long time on the 'night' setting.

Now I'm wondering if this is why people have tripods and learn what their camera settings mean.
