Too long, and just as bad in Latin!

This is one of the indicators of Ancient woodland. Golden opposite-leaved saxifrage! Grows in damp places, and makes a golden sheet. There is a a lot less than there use to be, but it's lovely to see it. When we first moved here (away from the chalk, into the clay) I had to look it up, as I'd never even read about it.
