Waterfront

The waterfront is a lovely combination of working harbor and recreation. The park has many changes as it passes through different areas along a substantial stretch of river front. We are there to see the last of the cherry blossoms. We're in old China Town, with Chinese gardens, waterfront park and we got to stand on the bridge as it was raised to let a tug and barge go through. Most excellent !!!

Oh, the rain doesn't seem persistent, it lets out a short shower and then out comes the sun. It didn't show up in this shot, but there was a rainbow in the background. I guess that combination of sun and rain will do that, so now we know, when the weather channel predicts rainbows it's going to be a monkeys wedding. And a good day to be out and about.
