Spring in my step

Weather, work and weekends with friends have kept me off the pavements for the last couple of weeks, but this morning I finally got out and put 4 miles on the clock.

Beautiful morning. Sun shining, birds singing, ducks quacking and geese honking (and shagging) - I think Spring may be on the verge of springing!
