My raw vegan life - the beginning

Well I have made the decision to go raw, and vegan. And also to do a food/fitness blog which I'm quite excited about.
This was the first of many roasting veg experiments which turned out pretty tasty and James even are if without complaint. Great start I think.
Now off to buy my food processor to really get going!
