Accident waiting to happen

You hear surprisingly few stories of people in Cambodia being buried under piles of rubble when technology fails. Given the lack of anticipation in the planning of anything and non-existent security safeguards, this makes even less sense.

Today sunbathers at the pool were treated to loud clattering of crane machinery and booming construction noises next door, with things looming overhead and threatening to knock down this wall at any given moment.
