Barred Owl

Rounding the bend on the trail we suddenly came across this barred owl sitting in a tree. Quietly sneaking up I took a just a few shots:)

We went to the Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary today very near Naples - so many photographs and not enough time to go through them! My hard drive appears to be full, the camera chip isn't downloading properly and it's taken 5 hours just to get one shot onto blip tonight. Think I need to delete a few files and move them to the mac passport.

Having said that it's been a wonderful day :)
