The Toast Rack

Manchester has a wealth of beautiful buildings, one of the reasons that I love it so.
This is not one of them (In my opinion)

Quirky - Yes
Grade 11 listed - Certainly
Iconic - Maybe

The Hollings Building/The Toast Rack was a Manchester Polytechnic (now Manchester Metropolitan University) building which is now empty and for sale.

It was also the venue for my 21st birthday party.
(The bar , not the whole building :-)
