Friends

Went to work, left work again as had a stonking headache, shut the blinds in the bedroom, got a hot water bottle and into pj's and into bed.

Slept until 4pm but didn't feel any better.
Had a bite to eat and eventually started to feel a bit healthier and now I feel fine thankfully.
