JC and I went to a Riverford Supper Club in Wimbledon this evening. We currently get a weekly "veggie box" from them, which gives us a bit more impetus to cook as well as learning how to cook various veg that we barely recognise, let alone make into wonderful food.

As part of their marketing strategy Riverford have started having supper clubs where about 60 people get fed by Riverford with the best of their produce, and a little chat is given by one of the key staff.

It was most entertaining, and the food was wonderful! It was also good to meet similar folks to ourselves who were struggling with just exactly what to do with Swiss chard...

Oh, and this is the beer they were serving... Yummy!
