A day full of line management responsibilities, my least favourite kind of day. Redeemed the previous nights terrible swimming by doing length after length after length at lunchtime. Proved to myself that I have got the stamina.

Never been much of a fan of Jamie xx's solo efforts, but his new one feels like a slowed down underwater carnival and that's always a good thing. Isn't it?
