Lost and Found

I have driven past this place dozens of times, and never new of its existence until all the tree's were cut back.
What ever it is. Its on Park Road Ruabon, near the Wynnstay Industrial estate...
It may be something to do with a 19th century brick making company called "Tatham Brick and Tile Comapany" But its a guess. I pulled over to have a nosy, but was dressed for business not exploring.
If ever something needed saving, this is it. Most curious.
