My new fuel card arrived

Which lasts now until 2017 I need to get use to the idea of getting a new car and card ever three years.

We have now booked our holiday's Lego land hotel for Easter for Thomas and Nancy and a week in Cyprus during the school holidays, I'm sure the weather will be better than today.

I've now completed my 6th week at Fujitsu and still have to work another four weeks until my new BMW turns up until then driving a tank (I'm not complaining), which I've only filled up once with diesel since I started, if all goes to plan I'll fill it up next week which should last then until the new car turns up fingers crossed.

It's been a funny old day with the sun, rain, lighting and thunder, hail stones the size of golf balls etc.

It started with a Bacon and Mushroom with Brown sauce bap and then after a stressful morning composing emails about how Solihull's Offline report yearly update works, basically one of the many reasons I left the place. I then wishing I had Roz to check my spelling and grammar before sending it, but I'm sure if Andrew C can't decode it he can pop up to see Roz next week.

Anyway I think Subhash could see I was a bit stressed so we went to the 'Little Owl' for a pub lunch as a Friday treat, it's only a five minute walk from the office and it was sunny enough to sit outside, but we didn't. We had a burger and chips and a chocolate brownie for desert and talked about the good old days at Solihull where you could sit around drinking coffee all day (Only Joking).

We then we had a slow walk back to the office, then about 4ish after doing a bit of work, just as wete about to leave the heavens opened, so after watching several people looking like drowning rats in the car park we waited for it to stop before going home about 5ish.

Then got home sorted out my blood donor appointment for 6th June at the Coleshill council house only a gym to sort out now. Leave that till next week, then read Roz's blip and gave her my financial advise on ISA's, then had a warm bath, then sat on the bed and compose my 394th blip.

Anyway a song from my youth and I would like to think I always try to see both sides and always remember to throw off your mental chains New Song by Howard Jones
