And so the blue sky and sunshine has lasted through to the end of the week.

It's amazing how suddenly Spring is here - the wheatears have arrived, a skylark singing, peacock butterflies, bumblebees and daffodils in flower everywhere.

Many of our eagles are now sitting on eggs - 38 to 40 days before they hatch - a nail biting time - let's hope the weather remains kind.

Quick visit to Dervaig, then up the hill via the hairpins to Tobermory. Stunning views all round so very difficult to pick out 1 shot. Decided on this view across the Sound to Beinn Hiant looking very inviting.
