Deja Vu

Déjà vu, (/ˌdeɪʒɑː ˈvuː/) from French, literally "already seen", is the phenomenon of having the strong sensation that an event or experience currently being experienced has been experienced in the past, whether it has actually happened or not.
But in this case it has happened, in the same place and at nearly the same time as last year.

After the demise of Mr. CJ last August, Mrs. CJ has found another beau and they seem to have 'plighted their troth'! as a new, much neater and more comfortable nest has been built in exactly the same spot as last year, right beside our local Town Crier's garden who tells me there is just one egg in the nest today. I'll keep you posted.
