This week has been rather busy sorting out problems and dealing with queries, as well as all the other stuff I do on a daily basis, but the upshot is the buyer has finally signed the contract for the house I sold a couple of weeks ago...

It is now 17h50 and I am turning off my work phone and it won't come back on until 9am on Monday.
