Funfair

As the day had started quite gloomy I was surprised to see clear blue skies when I was down at the beach. Unusually I was able to park near the funfair, so I took advantage to take this shot of the big wheel, with the gondolas newly attached for the summer season.

There were clouds surrounding the beach area, out to sea and north and south so on at least three sides. By late afternoon it had clouded over again. After leaving the beach I adjourned to John Lewis for a late lunch.
