Back to Spin today for the first time in months. My nether region knew it!


Thank you all for your kind wishes for Mr W yesterday. Luckily, no further Angioplasty was needed but he had an angiogram and a good old check over of his stent thats already in, plus they unblocked a smaller artery that will hopefully give him the extra boost of oxygen he needs to be able to carry on playing squash. Otherwise hes going to have to take up another interest with a slightly slower pace. Perhaps I should buy him a camera!!!!!!!!!

You're a lovely bunch. (Especially you Sue!! Thanks for your messages and checkup phone call. Mr W really appreciated it.) If he showed an interest in blip he would see the Love out there! !
