What Ever Happened to SpellCheck?

MacWorld is billed as the world’s ultimate fan event for those who use, create, and love Apple products. Could this really have escaped anyone's notice?

Back in the day, the MacWorld conference was a fun place to see new gadgets and software, but lately it's been disappointing. Today's exhibit hall was geared mostly toward SmartPhone and iPad accessories, lots of chargers and cases and a few obscure apps. There was something that allowed you to interact with your pet when you were away from home, but I didn't stick around long enough to see how on earth that would work. The sales reps were either very pushy and obnoxious or completely oblivious to someone standing in front of the booth, and not many folks had much of a grasp of their product. My favorite thing was a work station that raised and lowered at the push of a button. Sitting is the new smoking, we are reminded, so do your computer work standing up at a comfortable surface. It was really very nice.
