Pepernoten!

Tonight the Dutch celebrate the birthday of Sinterklaas with lots of gifts for the children, suprises for the teens and adults, accompanied by many pepernoten, chocolate pepernoten, speculaas, taai taai, marsepan etc.. :)
I made myself a bunch of pepernoten, considering the Italians don't sell them. Yum!
