'Dinner'...........!!

Yes ..this is it.....my first dinner in Carlingford...
I have to say it is one of the nicest meals I have ever eaten out.....simple...
but if not executed perfectly...!!!!
and this was...... a confit of duck leg on a bed of wilted spinach.....with celeriac mash and broccoli with a delicious gravy...
if this is the standard of the food ...we are going to have a lovely few days.....
we arrived here safely this evening....
my friend P did the driving...so I am really relaxing...
it is a beautiful place...the weather was kind to us to....
it's very cold but we had sun and dry on the drive here..
our B&B called The BayTree in the centre of the village is cosy and very comfortable..and we have been promised a wonderful breakfast in the morning...
looking forward to the sight-seeing...!!
I've been texted.....the Kitty has been fed and in for the night...
so all is well!!!!
This is of course back- Blipping...
chasing my tail since I came home and will have to work hard to catch up on Blip...!
