At Birmingham: The Square Pie......x

The Food and Drink Expo at the NEC is a fine place to meet lots of like minded passionate foodies. Those of you in the big city, may have already come across this happy crew of pie makers. There stand is what initially caught my eye. You see I am on the look out for an eye catching display given that some of my work covers two displays here this year.

I suppose I am looking for the same things in the company that I looked for when I took the pictures for my stands. I want to see a connection between the face and their food. Passion, creativity, warmth, dedication. This team at the Square Pie a had created a beautiful stand. Almost and I guess like their Old Spitalfields Market first home in 2001. Since then they have made every pie variety under the sun.....and maybe the moon too. A relaxed happy team, and there Pies are amazing too!!
