The unexpected

A heatwave! 10c and dressed with all the layers it felt boiling!
A stunning day, everything looked wonderful, not great for fishing in bright sunshine! Then in the late after noon there was a fly hatch. First i have seen here this year. Such a good reminder of summer time. I love how they fly up and down up and down then all decide at the same minute to go sideways.
