I bet you can guess what today involved? Yes, more tidying/sorting and unpacking. I'm getting a bit fed up of it now. The weather was miserable so we settled down to watch The Princess and the Frog under a blanket (I can't figure out the heating). Isaac loved the music and just about danced right off the sofa. He has been doing lots of walking practice today. Now he's out of his fussy period (pre-developmental leap according to wonder weeks app) he is much happier again and has loads of new tricks. Amelie did some lovely playing in her room and she spent the afternoon dressed as Merida. I do hate not getting out at least for a bit for some fresh air but it was just too cold and wet today.

Tonight I have finally ordered Amelie the next stage car seat. I had a look on which? and was pretty amazed and the amount of "don't buys" that are very common in most of the standard shops you would think to look in. We have chosen one of the best but ones. Isaac could go into the one Amelie is coming out of but he still fits the infant car seat so not sure whether to change or not.
