Testing time

Third threshold test of the year; first one I felt good in, and dare I say nearly liked.

Ok, you never really like them, but when you've got tired, heavy legs or a niggling injury then it's a lotta thresh with no happy old (so to speak).

Trouble is though, now all the zones get harder...
