Early morning, 5-miles

Managed an early morning, 5-miles along my favourite canal today ;-)

Picture is of a new belt (thanks Kilomathon), for all those energy-gels!

Swim tomorrow morning - and then a lengthy 18-miles on Saturday ... as per the overall plan!

5/6 Apr: 18-miles

19/20 Apr: +20-miles
26/27 Apr: doing the Edinburgh Great Run 10-miles
3/4 May: +20-miles
10/11 May: 16-miles
17/18 May: 14-miles

Sunday the 25th May - hopefully, run a Marathon ;-)
