Real scone kid...(sorry)

After 75 billion attempts* at making scones - SUPPOSEDLY the easiest thing to bake on planet Earth - I have finally made something vaguely resembling a scone I would buy in a cafe.

Previous attempts have seen me coat the top with milk using a brush previously used for industrial oven cleaner (and I ate a few before finding out) and the production of small, hard ones not unlike something you'd find at the bottom of a fish tank.

So...... this is my first successful attempt at scones. Can you just hang on there till I taste one?
