What no team

Up early to set up the pitches fro 2 games, a wee bit of an admin error the oppostion only brought the wee one(P4/5s). So the girls played the parents for an hour.

It was wet and muddy a few of the parents slid and fell on the pitch. The girls played some great passing football. Super Blip ringer turned up and played well in defence and stayed for a coffee and chat.

Anyway the girls seemed to enjoy the game and had fun.

At the end we played a shooting game which the girls really like, after the girls had a shot they wanted to play their parents, some far too competitive parents(terrible Eco mum in wellies).

A couple of boys came over from the school team to join in, they were good but could not beat the coach, thanks boys.

Anyway we had a Birthday girl who kindly brought down a cake for the team and she had the last shot against Eco daughter. Smiles all round probably better fun that the possible game.

Out tonight with the men of the street for a game of football and curry, the annual event.
