Summer Vacation Planning

I'm planning my return trip back home and it's been a lot of work. I'm planning a demi-world trip from Europe, through the Middle East, and Asia. I haven't purchased any tickets yet and I know I have to soon, fast. Time is running out and with April being a busy month I'm not sure what I'm going to do. It's difficult to finalize the plan because things just keep coming up-- tourist visa problems, visiting people problems, etc. Gah!
