Picture Polish Altered State

Love this so much! It's a fairly sheer topper that you wear over black polish and it turns it into a galaxy party on your nails! It has elements of blue, purple, and green in different lights at different angles, and has holographic glitter too. I couldn't stop looking at it - every time I did it looked slightly different. Amazing.
