No Spring yet

Well last night was another cold one -20c with the wind chill was a record in. Some areas set low temp records. Today we did get back up to -4c but the wind was cold. Tomorrow spring might start to come back as we will get up to 4c.

At lunch today I had to come home for electricians to come in to hook up a new thermostat . An hour job took almost three as there seemed to be some issues it meant a really long lunch.

Tonight I got out to the park for few minutes and it seems the birds all were out many seagulls sat on the frozen lake waiting for the melt, the red wing black birds were singing in the tree tops and the cardinals and chickadee still looked for hand outs.

In this shot today, it may have not been the best one but I liked the way the way the wings were on the chickadee almost looks like a cape

One more day then a four day weekend
