Awful Day

It started sunny and progressed to a big drop in temperature with hailstones. It rained for the rest of the day and temps dropped to 3c (feels like -1c) brrrr. Cold inside and out.

Thank you for all your good wishes you are so kind and I am grateful for them. I am getting very fed up with coughing it's exhausting. I am very not good at being ill I like to be out and about and I haven't been able to go swimming.
