Lots of running about for Dad today. He's convinced himself that he has lung cancer now so is moaning to the care home a lot. So they're going to get the doctor out again and get him referred, all because of the advert on the telly that he saw! Oh well, no harm in getting him checked.

Indigestion is definitely worse today. I don't like feeling like this, ruins my eating habits.

Pampered at the scout hut by my girls; head and shoulder massage, make-up and nails painted. It was ... an experience!!
