That blinking flag's back again!

It's been down since the start of the year.
Back then I thought it was some kind of subtle gesture by BOS to remain out of the debate.
However, it has returned, looking bigger and brighter than ever!
It has to be one of the largest, if not the largest, flag over the city.
I wonder what message they're trying to send out with that then...
