The YES Academy

I attended the launch of the YES academy today, however it has nothing to do with the referendum on independence for Scotland. Instead it is the Young Enterprise Scotland Academy, which has opened in Rouken Glen park in East Renfrewshire.

The academy is dedicated to helping young people get new skills and qualifications to help them into employment.

In this picture is Rosemary McGinness, who is the chair of the Young Enterprise Scotland board and Cllr Tony Buchanan, deputy leader of East Renfrewshire Council.

The Labour and Tory Councillors who attended the launch seemed a little put out by all the positive things that Yes can bring about. I wonder why?
