338/365 [Christmas tree]

I put up my Christmas tree tonight! Layed out all the lights, snaking through the living room and kitchen! All working fine, so I wrapped them round the tree and switched them on... bottom half lit up like Blackpool, and top half complete darkness. Ahhhh, would have to check each bulb in turn. Then I got lucky, touched one, and it flashed into life!

The first tree I had for my house was bought in November 2006 but I didn't move in until January of the following year, so 13 months later when it was time to put the tree I was gutted at how small it looked in the room! Straight down to Homebase for this 7ft beauty!
