Sculpture?

Yorkshire sculpture Park. These guys were constructing a sculpture but without a hammer and chisel. Michaelango was turning in his grave.

In fact the artist is an American called Ursula von Rydingsgard. The chaps were putting together sections, previously sculpted, made of cedar. Eventually it would be very tall and would weigh two tons.

The chief constructor said they had to abandon one attempt to put it together as it was unstable. Apparently it is so tall that it had never been fully made up before. He had to adapt.
