Enjoying the sunshine

From the apartment we look out onto two large weeping willows which are often visited by Wood pigeons. This morning one of the local Magpies joined them to enjoy the sunshine for a while.

I'd hoped to be able to go to the artificial island at some point for an update on the swans and the Great Crested Grebes but I didn't make it there because there was too much to do at home. I'm now hoping that I can stop there on my home from tomorrow.
