Snip!

"Exciting" day today as I got to leave the house - yay!

It started off well as I managed to order some tickets to see Peter Kay - it's not till April 2011 but I'm very excited!

Then first stop was the hairdressers. My sister & I have both been going to the same place for many years now so know "Mandy the hairdresser" pretty well. So we had a good blether whilst she was cutting my hair.

I then popped in to work. First time I've been in since I got signed off 3 months ago and I can honestly say it's the first time for years I've been happy to be there! My colleagues had decorated my desk and bought a baby monitor as a present and my boss gave me a bottle of champagne. So was really nice to have a catch up with them all.

I then went for a pub lunch with my parents at The Bridge Inn in Ratho on the way home.

So all in all, a very pleasant day but am worn out now!
