Naked man in church hall

An elderly gentleman in Bridge-of-Allan wandered into the local church hall and got the surprise of his life this afternoon.

Standing there stark naked was a man surrounded by a group of earnest looking artists.

For the old gent had stumbled upon our Life Drawing class led by Greer Ralston.

We pretended he wasn’t there. If there is one thing that is taboo in the art world it is walking into a Life Drawing class when the model is unclothed.

After about five minutes he got up and left. (Phew!...he wasn’t expecting that in our genteel Victorian spa town).

The class was organised by &Collective, the new gallery in Bridge-of-Allan. Hopefully others will follow in the near future.

Next time Greer will make certain the notice on the door is bigger…
