Be gone O evil one!

This is G's big molar tooth. It all started with an infection...over the last two years she has had 4 root canals and a few dozen bottles of antibiotics! No more! It's finally out and once the initial pain of having it out subsides ... No more pain from that ever again . As a mum I'm so relieved.
