Over The Rainbow

This is honestly the colour of this cake. I know I've coloursplashed it but this only just does it justice. How can you not be happy eating this?

Its for Anna's mum's **th birthday, if just a smudge early, and was absolutely a huge and very welcome surprise when we cut into it to find this TA-DA of colour.

Would recommend the hummingbird bakery in Richmond to anyone ;)
