The sky: the water : the sky
What a difference the proper treatment makes. Just 24 hours of a skin meltdown I'm feeling better than I've felt for a few months. Why? Because I went to the Drs and got medicine that I needed, rather than struggled on hoping that everything was just going to be fine with the medicine I had.
I'm in mind of a frog that can be slowly boiled alive if you gradually increase the temperature of the water it's in. At some point it becomes critical but the frog doesn't respond and is killed. So, over these past months I've put up with my skin ever so gradually getting worse and trying to deal with it using a bit of moisturiser. I now see how utterly ludicrous this was, and can't believe how good I suddenly feel by actually getting the correct treatment. Eejit !
Anyway, this is on my way back from work this afternoon at the Forth and Clyde Canal shortly after a heavy rainfall. I'm feeling human again, taking in the refreshing air, seeing the Scottish sky tumbling in and out of numerous weather in the one vista.
In the photo there is the sky, the water and the sky. But why is the sky in the water, and the water in the sky?
