Happy Birthday J!!!!!!!!

"It was the 3rd of December 2003...." This is the start of a story that J loves to hear again and again..the day he was born. When I tell it, it always has to begin in exactly the same way.

So he's finally six. He's been waiting for ages to be six due to being one of the younger ones in his class. The thing is, he looks older and is the tallest boy in his class. he just wants to be as old as he looks.

Today was phase 2 of the birthday extravaganza; school, home, TKD, granny Joyce visiting, seeing cousins N & A and auntie Katy (who kept trying to kiss him to annoy him!) Friends G and A popping round with card and present then ..........
..................the sky lanterns. We had kept two from bonfire night for his birthday. Luckily there was no rain so we lit them.. So beautiful.

Kevin's head looks like it's on fire!!!!! Must be the street lamp from the footpath.
