Horsey, horsey and house buying

Despite having plans to head out this morning, we ended up having an at home day. I spent parts of the morning talking to our lawyer as we decided to put in an offer on a house that we viewed last night.

While nervously waiting for the lawyer to call back with an answer CJ kept me entertained with his attempts to play horsey, horsey with Puddle Monkey. Crawling was far to slow so he would get me to help him put Puddle on his back and then he would charge around the room - only stopping when Puddle fell off!

It wasn't until after lunch, the lawyer called back with the news and after a little more negotiating and waiting we had our answer - the house was ours! Yay!
