Over engineering!
I take my lunches seriously. I have been losing weight for nearly 2 years now and have got in to the habit of taking my lunches to work in my red cooler bag. I can't take my lunch all prepared cos I would eat it by 10am. So I take my lunches disassembled. I also don't like my lunch to go soggy so this is tomorrow's salad. Base of baby spinach, baby beetroot, chopped tomatoes, smoked salmon, sweetcorn and then a dressing made of lemon juice, parsley and low fat creme fraiche.
It's such a tasty salad and lovely and fresh.
But - i wonder if my lunch prep obsession is getting out of hand. This is a lot of Tupperware for anyone's lunch isn't it???
