Bashed and bruised

Poor little arty fell off the baby gym at nursery today. He's displaying quite a hefty bruise on his forehead. Linda said that the funny thing was that he re-enacted the event to show everyone exactly what had happened. He obviously likes the drama!

I've been doing some furniture shifting today. This time moving the futon from the study and replacing it with Giles' well loved and battered old leather chair previously owned by his dad. Giles was very happy to welcome it back and has been in the study all evening. It's made his day.

Annie and I took the pushchair to collect Arthur from nursery. It was beautiful and sunny so we went home via the park. Arthur enjoyed piling up the bark chippings and had made quite a substantial pile by the time we left! He completely ignored the swings and slides and other fun things! Strange lad :)

Annie has been a little clingy today. I think separation anxiety is creeping in and she wails every time I leave the room. Perfect timing considering I'm back to work soon!!!
